Индекс - это уникальный профессиональный рейтинг политических юристов. Проект показывает объективные количественные сведения судебной работы и эффективности политических юристов. Наш рейтинг интересен всему сообществу, участвующему в избирательных кампаниях.
Сайт проекта, а также закрытая профессиональная группа в сети Facebook #Политюриспруденция становятся механизмом коммуникации с заказчиками и альтернативной информационно-аналитической площадкой для дальнейшего становления и развития сообщества.
Сегодня индекс учитывает судебный опыт, а также работу в составе избирательных комиссий. Это один из инструментов, который помогает в выборе профессионалов политической юриспруденции. Командой проекта в 2015 году выпущены сборник "Избирательные споры-2015", в марте 2016 г. дополнение по отменам итогов выборов, в январе 2017 года сборник судебной практики и комментариев "Избирательные споры-2016", а в ноябре 2017 года пособие "АПМ: простые ответы на сложные вопросы".

About Judicial Index
We have been witnessing endless changes in Russian political and electoral legislation for over 25 years. Despite the most disadvantageous of them, the community of the Russian political lawyers and their court practice are developing permanently and successfully. Russian day-to-day realities are such that not a single successful election campaign can be rolled out without participation of political lawyers. Undoubtedly, establishment of a top list of political lawyers should be considered as a logical and anticipated stage of such development. The rating we offered as early as in 2015 is called "Judicial Index: Political Lawyers". It is formed on the basis of data on participation in legal trials: the more frequently a lawyer acts as a representative in political litigation processes, the higher his or her position. Besides, background in election committees at various levels is also taken into account. Our rating became one of the instruments that helps clients choose lawyers for electoral campaigns. The Index website became a forum where members of the professional community post their CVs, share news and experience. In 2015 the project team published a summary named of "Election Disputes in 2015". In March 2016 an addition concerning cancellations of election results was issued, and in January 2017 other annotated cases and comments named "Election Disputes in 2016" were published. Since 2017, we have also published and regularly updated a manual containing Q&A on the legal peculiarities and aspects of election campaigning. The number of our published items exceeded 15,000. A closed group #Политюриспруденция («Political legal studies» in Russian) exists in Facebook for more than six years. It consists of more than 650 colleagues, journalists, political consultants and other professional participants of the industry. It is also a part of the “Index” project which makes it possible to keep exchange communication, experience and information. Since 2019, our team has been actively working with the election laws of foreign countries by implementing legal and information projects during the election campaigns of Latin America and Africa.
